What payment providers do you accept?+

We accept all major credit cards.

Do you have AfterPay?+

Unfortunately AfterPay is not available for video downloads.

What is the difference between Rental vs. Purchase?+

If you choose to rent, you have 24 hours to watch the video from the time of purchase.

If you choose to purchase, you have permanent access to the video via the member login area.

How long do I have to watch the workshop?+

Rental of one technique workshop: you have 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Rental of workshop bundle: you have 48 hours from the time of purchase.

Where can I watch the video?+

You can watch the workshop videos on any device you can login to with internet including smart phone, tablet, laptop and desktop computer.

What access do I have if I purchase the video?+

If you choose to purchase, you have permanent access to the video via the member login area.

If I personally purchase the workshops, can I share my member logins?+

We have IP blocking technology in place that detects a new device or location login with your details. If we believe you have shared your logins with somebody else, we will suspend your account permanently. It is at discretion of management and the decision is final. We recommend you do not share your logins to avoid suspension.

Where can I watch the video?+

You can watch the workshop videos on any device you can login to with internet including smart phone, tablet, laptop and desktop computer. You can also use Chromecast and Airplay to watch the workshops on your TV

Can I use Chromecast to watch the workshops?+

Yes, you can use Chromecast to watch your workshop videos on your TV by casting from your laptop, tablet, or phone.

To watch videos by using Chromecast:

  • Make sure Chromecast is set up on your TV
  • Make sure your laptop or device is logged on to the same WiFi network as your TV
  • Open the video on your laptop or device and click on the Chromecast icon

Can I use AirPlay to watch the workshops?+

Yes you can use AirPlay to watch the workshop videos on your TV by playing from your Mac, iPad, or iPhone. To watch videos by using AirPlay:

  • Make sure your Apple TV is set-up
  • Make sure your Apple device is logged on to the same WiFi network as your Apple TV
  • Open the video on your Apple device and click on the AirPlay icon.

I have forgotten my login password, how do I reset it?+

You can easily update your billing information from your login area. To update your billing information visit www.makeupbydaniacademy.com.au/sign_in - Click My Account and follow the dashboard prompts.

What browsers can I use to access Makeup by Dani Academy?+

For the optimal viewing experience of workshops we recommend using the most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

I am having playback issues?+

The main issues for playback issues are internet speed and the browser you are using.

You can lower the quality of the video to suffice on a slower internet connection.

Our website also does not support browser versions released more than 5 years ago or any version of Internet Explorer. You can download an updated version of your favourite browser or download/install Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (for free) to improve your experience.

How can I adjust video quality?+

Whilst viewing our videos, you have the options to select and change the video quality. If you are having playback issues, you can adjust the video quality to improve your experience.

Can I change the video speed?+

While viewing videos on our site you have the option to select the video speed. You can select from 0.5x, 0.75x, Normal, 1.25x, 1.5x, 1.75x, or 2x.

Help, my payment keeps declining?+

Please see below reasons why your payment may keep declining:

  • You have entered the wrong information
  • Card distributor (Visa/Mastercard/Amex) has blocked the card
  • Bank has blocked the card
  • Insufficient funds
  • Card not supported for online use
  • Card not supported by payment processor of Australia

Is my information safe & PCI compliant?+

Yes, your information is 100% safe. U.Screen maintain strict policies and procedures for customer data. The payment processing partners are 100% PCI compliant and rated as some of the best in the world.

Do you offer refunds?+

No, all rentals and purchases are final. Please consider if the Makeup by Dani Academy product is right for you prior to purchase.
